“What made this particular experience successful was Fast-Rack’s engineering team. The client was clear that there were to be zero penetrations in the roof. However, given the low parapet height and the region of installation, anchoring the system was necessary to meet seismic requirements. The Fast-Rack team designed and fabricated a custom solution to fasten the Avenue system to a non-penetrating anchor that had been torched down to the asphalt roof. The Avenue is our go-to flat roof racking system so our team was incredibly happy with the effort & ingenuity that Fast-Rack put forth to make this project happen.”
